Alex and Amy Laundry/Bathroom remodel

Whoa this one was fun! We got to work with the client from start to finish in regards to the design process. These clients didn’t know what was possible, all they knew was that the way their laundry and bathroom was didn’t work. We looked together at different layouts and options, priced out 2 different plans and helped them make their decisions each step of the way.

Even though we ran into some unforeseen rot in the sub floor and framing that needed to be replaced we were able to keep on our timeline and within out contingency budget. We also found a few ways to upgrade the final product beyond the original design.

In the end the clients sent me a message that read, “It looks amazing, Thank you again!!” It really felt amazing to remake this space in such a deeply impactful manner. Removing rot, adding insulation and completely updating a space feels wonderful.
